Press Release: New OCHA report highlights the plight of Palestinians in Area C forced to leave their homes
TODAY, 1 August 2011, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) launched a new report Displacement and Insecurity in Area C of the West Bank. This report focuses on displacement of Palestinian civilians in Area C, an area that represents over 60 percent of the West Bank where Israel retains control over security, planning and building.
