This essential framework aims to support in coordinating efforts among humanitarian actors, helping to prevent duplication, identify gaps in response, and optimize resource allocation.

All data, diligently compiled by the Cluster Information Management Working Group, is reported at the neighborhood level—the fourth administrative level in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Updated monthly to reflect real-time changes, it provides a generalized inter-sectoral overview of Who Does What Where (3Ws), which is vital for cross-sectoral planning and implementation.
